Throwing a Unicorn themed party? Well this fun colored easy to make fudge is the perfect treat for your party guests. It's not only colorful but tasty too!
When I was a kid rainbows and unicorns were all the rage and now they are back! So to honor my childhood LOL, I had to make some fun fudge that would work perfectly for either a rainbow or unicorn party. I found these fun sprinkles at Target in the Easter section and knew they would be perfect to dress up some pink and purple colored fudge. You can actually make this fudge any color you like, teal, green, yellow... they would all be pretty.
Here is what you need to make this fun fudge.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups of white chocolate chips
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Gel food coloring
- Fun sprinkles
Directions:
Line a 8" x 8" or 9" x 9" pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Over low heat in a double boiler melt chocolate chips. Once chocolate is melted add sweetened condensed milk and stir until combined (still over low heat in double boiler). Add extracts and pink food coloring to fudge mixture until combined. Pour 3/4 of fudge into your lined pan. Now add purple food coloring to the remaining 1/4 pink colored fudge and stir until combined. Pour the purple fudge on top of pink fudge and with a butter knife lightly swirl the two colors together on the top. Do not completely mix the two colors. Immediately add sprinkles to hot wet fudge, let pan cool for 2 hours before cutting into bite sized pieces. Keep leftovers refrigerated and in an airtight container.
