Easy To Make Spinach and Sausage White Pizza
I love a dinner that you can throw together in minutes and tastes amazing! Everyone in the house loves these little pizzas, mostly because you can pick and choose your own toppings. This particular one is my husband's favorite, spinach, hot Italian sausage and grape tomatoes.
Here is what you need to make one personal sized pizza...
SPINACH & SAUSAGE WHITE PIZZA (click here to print)
- 1 qty Stonefire Naan ( I am not paid to advertise these, I just really really love them)
- 1/4 lb Italian sausage (I use the hot/spicy)
- 1 cup (handful) fresh baby spinach
- 4 qty fresh grape tomatoes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven per Stonefire's baking instructions. Cook Italian sausage thoroughly and drain grease. In a small saute pan, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and over medium heat spinach until it's limp, not crispy. Cut tomatoes into quarter inch slices. Place Naan on stoneware or cookie sheet. Drizzle about a teaspoon of olive oil on Naan and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Add sausage, spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Bake per Naan's instructions (about 10-12 minutes). Enjoy!
