Creamy Baked Artichoke Dip
Creamy Baked Artichoke Dip is a favorite amongst our family and friends. It is best served warm and eaten with chunks of french bread or a variety of vegetables. This warm creamy appetizer is simple to make and will definitely be the hit of your next gathering.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3-4 chopped green onions
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
- 16 oz sour cream
- 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Saute onions, garlic and butter until bubbly. Remove from heat. Mix together; cream cheese, sour cream and mozzarella cheese. Add artichoke hearts and butter mixture to cheese mixture and combine. Pour dip into a oven safe 9" x 9" casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Serve warm.
